Meet Jen
Jen spent thirteen years at LexisNexis, the leading global provider of legal, regulatory and business information and analytics. She understands the importance of identifying and maximizing an individual’s unique skill set in order to create successful outcomes. Jen has an innate gift and capability to provide comfort and guidance to clients seeking both professional and personal growth.
Jen has served as a board member for several local, private educational institutions. She is a member of the President's Advisory Council of Villanova University, her alma mater, and a board member at Fairfield University’s Murphy Center for Ignatian Spirituality.
Meet Jim
Jim spent his early career on Wall Street, where he focused on quantitative analysis and research while continuing his studies in international finance, philosophy, psychology, and sociology.
For more than 30 years, Jim has provided career coaching through senior executive roles, including chief operating officer and HR management for a Fortune 500 financial services firm, and more recently with MTS.
Jim is a lifelong student of mindfulness and personal growth, and is a certified spiritual director informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS). Jim is a graduate of Bucknell University and the University of Hartford and is a member of the College of Spiritual Directors at Fairfield University, where he works part time.
